RNA-seq analysis for cancer progression research in Taiwan

At National Taiwan University, I analyzed transcriptomic changes associated with colorectal and breast cancer progression using Bioconductor workflows.

As a Research Assistant in the Department of Internal Medicine at National Taiwan University, I conducted RNA sequencing analysis focused on transcriptomic changes associated with cancer progression.

My work covered colorectal and breast cancer research, stage-wise comparisons, and pathway interpretation.

I applied Bioconductor pipelines including limma, edgeR, PCA, and heatmaps to support structured transcriptomic analysis.

The role required collaboration with wet-lab researchers to connect computational findings with molecular phenotypes and disease biology.
