Pharmacogenomics and whole-exome sequencing in Thailand

At Chiang Mai University, I developed and standardized a pharmacogene panel for osteosarcoma patients using whole-exome sequencing analysis.

At the Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University, I worked as a Research Assistant on pharmacogenomics research for osteosarcoma patients.

I developed and standardized a pharmacogene panel through whole-exome sequencing analysis, using Linux and R-based workflows.

The technical pipeline included variant calling and annotation with GATK, BWA, ANNOVAR, and VEP.

This work connected computational genomics with pathway mapping, downstream genotyping, and clinical pharmacokinetic interpretation.
